MEMBERSHIP TO THE AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTARY CONFERENCE
Any Australian resident with a personal or professional interest in documentaries may apply to the Australian International Documentary Conference Ltd (AIDC) Board to become a Member.
AIDC registered conference delegates who are Australian residents automatically become Members of AIDC.
Membership commences from the date of registration for the current conference and expires on the day prior to the commencement date of the following conference.
If eligible delegates do not wish to be a member of AIDC they must notify AIDC in writing to info@aidc.com.au
For interested Australian residents who are not registering for the current conference, membership (valid until the following conference), can be attained by completing an application form and sending a membership fee of AUD$30.00 to the AIDC Conference Secretariat. Please contact info@aidc.com.au to obtain a membership application form.
Membership entitlements
- Members are eligible to stand for election to the AIDC Board*
- Members are eligible to vote for the AIDC Board at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Members are eligible to participate in the AIDC AGM.
*Two Members may nominate another Member for election as a Director by lodging a signed nomination together with the written consent of the nominee with the Secretary at least 14 days before the AGM at which the election is to be held.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Unless the AIDC Board decides otherwise, the AGM is held during the conference. Notification of the AGM along with director nomination forms will be distributed by email to Members at least 21 days prior to the AGM.
