Register - Terms and Conditions
Registration includes:
- access to the Conference and all program sessions (or for the nominated date of Day Pass)
- a Conference Program Book, Delegate List booklet and conference satchel
- morning and afternoon teas
- entry to the AIDC Welcome Party (if you hold any 3 day pass or a Day Pass for the first day of the conference)
- your details published in the Delegate List
All bookings incur a 2.5% administration fee. All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.
Photo ID must be shown at the registration desk when collecting Delegate Passes and satchels. Concession Pass delegates must show their Australian concession card when collecting their Pass. Delegate Passes are non-transferable. It is a condition of entry that you must wear your Delegate Pass AND corresponding wristband at all times at the Conference.
Cancellations and refund requests must be via email or post. A cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from your registration refund for administration costs for cancellations made prior to Monday 9 February 2009. Cancellations received after Monday 9 February 2009 are non-refundable. Cancellation requests to:

Please note, the following passes are not available
- Early Bird for Concession/Student Pass
- Early Bird for Day Pass
- Concession Day Pass
If you register after Friday 16th January 2009 we cannot guarantee your contact details will appear in the Delegate List booklet.
Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the sessions without prior permission.
