Marie started her career in film and documentary production companies. Passionate about the documentary genre, she then worked for the Paris-based Morgane Group, creating the co-production and distribution department. Today she is the director of the documentary and sports channels within the Mediawan Group. She is also the managing director of the production company Thematics Prod, which produces and co-produces history, science and society documentaries for the Mediawan group’s channels and for other French and international broadcasters. Marie works with European and international producers.

Created in 2015 by Pierre-Antoine Capton, Xavier Niel and Matthieu Pigasse, Mediawan soon became one of the main independent European studios producing premium content. Mediawan brings together best-in-class talents in audiovisual creation by positioning itself on the entire value chain: production of drama, documentary and animated original content (Mediawan Originals and Mediawan Animation), distribution of audiovisual content (Mediawan Rights) and publishing of channels and digital services (Mediawan Thematics)
