Sabine Bubeck-Paaz is a Senior Commissioning Editor at German public TV broadcaster ZDF, for the Culture, Music and Pop-Culture documentary slots on ARTE as well as for the ARTE Cinema Documentary and Lucarne slot.

Dealing mostly with international co-productions, some of her recent titles are Hidden Letters, Guy Bourdin – Image Maker, Christo & Jeanne-Claude Unwrapped, Leftover Women. Sabine is also tutoring and regularly taking part in international Documentary markets, pitchings and workshop. From 2015-2022 she was Head of Studies of the Documentary Training EsoDoc (European Social Documentary).
