Innovation
Join diverse nonfiction digital creators as they explore opportunities for quality nonfiction storytelling in a bite-sized, user-generated, algorithmic landscape, with literally seconds to hook audiences.
Younger audiences consume the majority of content on social media platforms, so what opportunities are there for quality nonfiction storytelling and viewing in this bite-sized, user-generated, algorithmic landscape?
Featuring diverse perspectives from digital creators of nonfiction, including art history journalist Mary McGillivray (@_theiconoclass), ABC Indigenous digital producer Tom Forrest (@outbacktom), Steve Crombie from the social video network Totem Global, and Dr Naomi Koh Belic (@naomikohbelic) – the session will explore the creative and commercial potential of these new modes of content creation and consumption in the nonfiction space with literally seconds to hook audiences.
