Ariunaa Tserenpil is an independent arts and film producer with extensive knowledge in filmmaking, international co-production, media, communications, and arts management with more than 25 years of professional experience.

In 2002, she founded the Arts Council of Mongolia, a flagship organization in promoting and advocating the sustainable development of arts and culture and served as Executive Director until 2016.

In 2008 she co-founded the independent film and media production company Guru Media, with internationally acclaimed film director Byamba Sakhya. Passion (2010), Remote Control (2013) and Bedridden (2020) directed by Sakhya and produced by Tserenpil were selected for over 35 international film festivals, winning multiple awards.

Ariunaa has also been involved as line producer in many international co-productions including A Bigger World by Fabienne Berthaud and produced by Haut Et Courts, the Paris-based production and distribution company.  Currently she is teamed up with Aurora Film, the Paris-based studio to produce Snow of September and City Of Wind by Lkhagvadulam Purev-Ochirm the emerging Mongolian film director.

Between 2013-2016 Ariunaa Tserenpil was the main organizer of the Ulaanbaatar International Film Festival (UBIFF) where she now serves as programming advisor. She was also a member of the international jury for the Fribourg International Film Festival, Switzerland 2017.
