Alice Burgin is the Head of VdR–Industry, Vision du Réel's international four-day co-production and financing market for creative documentary, which takes place annually in Nyon Switzerland.

Prior to moving to Europe, she was the CEO/Conference Director of AIDC, and has also produced documentaries including The Defenders, which won the Audience Award at the Sydney Film Festival in 2023 and Left Write Hook which co-won the Audience Award at the Melbourne International Film Festival in 2024.
