Previously Alicia was Head of Content Investment at VicScreen where she managed the Victorian Production Fund and conceived and delivered the Originate Features program. As a feature producer and executive producer her work has premiered at Sundance, Berlinale, MIFF and Edinburgh. Alicia began her career as a journalist, producer and presenter on documentary and music programs for Radio National and Triple J in Australia and the BBC in London.
