For the last decade, she has worked across different areas of the ABC as a digital content producer specializing in emerging platforms, including most recently for ABC Research and Development. She has produced award-winning interactives, animations, websites and virtual reality as well as many prototypes and research projects.

Prior to the ABC, Astrid worked curating and making digital content for public programs and exhibition spaces. She’s into creating accessible, inclusive and fun media experiences that challenge and educate.

Based in Melbourne, Astrid also likes to illustrate and has an ongoing artistic collaboration best described as ‘serious comedy based mixed media participatory art’.
