Prior to joining EQ Media, Brendan held senior roles with ABC, BBC Worldwide and Keo Films.  

Brendan spent seven years at ABC in a number of roles including head of non-scripted productions, head of network programming and ABC1 Channel Controller. Brendan moved to Australia in 2004 and joined BBC Worldwide Australasia as Director of Television. Whilst living in the UK he worked at BBC, ITV, UKTV and Discovery Channel.
