Celia founded Artemis Media with the late Brian Beaton and is based in Fremantle, Western Australia. Artemis produces ‘stand out’ factual TV for domestic and international networks and is renowned for stories that inspire, delight and inform.

Celia has worked as a writer, producer, director and Executive Producer and won national and international awards for her work. Recent titles include Australia’s Health Revolution with Dr Michael Mosley, Every Family has a Secret – and soon to be broadcast, the landmark 3 x 1 hour series Ningaloo Nyinggulu , written and narrated by author Tim Winton, and made in association with Matter of Factual.

Celia is the Chair of the IAGC , a subcommittee of the Screenwest Board and a Committee member of Screen Voice, an association for Australian independent screen producers.
