As Program Coordinator, Iva supports the programmatic activities and selection processes for three core programs – the (Egg)celerator Lab, Chicken & Egg Award, and Project: Hatched. Previously, she worked as the Oral History Coordinator at the University of Georgia in the United States. She has undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Mass Media Arts.
