Julie is passionate about exploring stories that examine Australian society, examining social issues in a way that pushes the boundaries with innovative storytelling techniques.  

Recent commissions include I Was Actually There, The Assembly, Maggie Beer’s Big Mission, Miriam Margolyes series, The Piano, The Role of A Lifetime, Old People’s Home for Teenagers and Old People’s Home for 4 Year Olds.
