As the Sustainability Manager for Endemol Shine Australia, Tanzy has created and implemented extensive environmental measures on large format television programs including Masterchef, Survivor, Married At First Sight and Lego Masters. With a Bachelor of Environments and alumni of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership, she created internal green production guidelines to address the environmental impact of production practices. Tanzy is a co-founder of Sustainable Screens Australia. 

Tanzy now runs The Goodways, a sustainability consultancy that works with businesses of all shapes and sizes to improve their environmental impact and make sustainable business just business.
